The dome structure

A flat printed base is covered with a clear polyurethane resin dome. This raised, lens-like surface magnifies the print below — giving a premium 3D appearance that flat labels simply cannot match, making your brand look more premium on any product surface.

Eco-grade resin

Our labels use water-based, low-VOC polyurethane resin — significantly reducing solvent emissions during production. The base is printed on recycled polyester or FSC-certified polycarbonate stock depending on the application's durability requirements.

Full-color, high resolution print

The base layer is digitally or screen-printed in CMYK or Pantone colors. Logos, barcodes, QR codes, and serial numbers all render sharply. The resin dome acts as a built-in magnifier and scratch shield — protecting print from abrasion, chemicals, and UV fading over years.

High-bond adhesive backing

Backed with 3M or equivalent permanent high-bond adhesive. Bonds firmly to metal, ABS plastic, rubber, glass, and powder-coated surfaces — even in high-vibration environments like engine bays, dashboards, and heavy industrial machinery where lesser adhesives fail.
